Released in 1977, this was the band's first release after moving to Victor, and while retaining a jazz flavor, it features covers of classic songs such as Roberta Flack's "Killin' Me Softly" and Stevie Wonder's "You Are the Sunshine of My Life."
As for songs other than R&B, this work covers Charles Aznavour's "Yesterday When I Was Young" and Carpenters' "We've Only Just Begun/Prelude to Love". This is one of the works that shows his ability as a vocalist.
