1980年リリースの初のLiveアルバム。このアルバムは単発LiveだったGREAK THEATER (L.A.)、第1回 WORLD TOURのLondon、N.Y.、凱旋公演となった中野サンプラザの4Liveから編集・収録された作品。
サポートメンバーで渡辺香津美が参加しているが、権利関係の問題で坂本龍一のシンセがオーバーダビングされている加工Liveとなっている。
