The warmth of country and bluegrass.
John Fogerty's versatile playing skills.
This is a solo project by John Fogerty, recorded entirely by himself after the breakup of CCR. Covering traditional Southern songs and country classics, he creates a warm soundscape blending folk, bluegrass, and honky-tonk. The raw performances and rustic arrangements create the intimacy of a barn-style recording, even though it was recorded in a studio setting.
