This legendary concert was held at the International Center in Honolulu and was the first live music concert to be broadcast simultaneously around the world via satellite at the time. The number of viewers is said to be between 1 and 1.5 billion, and in Japan, the 19:00 broadcast achieved a viewership rate of nearly 40%.
