Blend House, the solo project by SSW's Soraju, has announced the release of its latest EP on 12-inch!
The album contains six songs that showcase Soraju's warm and smooth vocals and mellow, groovy sound, including "Awa no Odoriko," which has been gaining popularity since its release and has since sold out as a single, and "Sudachi," a collaboration with edbl!
Blend House is a solo project led by Tokushima-based singer-songwriter Soraju (vocals). His self-released 7-inch "Awa no Odoriko" sold out, and he won the grand prize at the FM Tokushima Music Contest BURN. He's been active in his hometown, and now his latest EP is being released on a 12-inch. The album includes six tracks: "Awa no Odoriko," his signature track; "Sudachi," featuring a house-inspired track by South London producer edbl; "Cha, Cha, Cha," featuring a pop melody and memorable lyrics; "Bochibochi Ikimashou," co-written with former Chatmonchy member Akiko Fukuoka; and a remix of "Awa no Odoriko" by keyboardist/producer SWING-O.
