Released in 2003. This is the first best ballad album, featuring ballads released between 1998 (the band's debut) and 2002, selected by fan vote, as well as the new song "RAINBOW" and a cover version of Yumi Arai's "Graduation Photo."
Of the 12 songs, 7 have been rearranged and newly recorded. The order of the songs is simply arranged from 12th to 1st in the order of votes, but it has a proper form as an album. As for the cover of "Graduation Photo," it was one of the songs that was realized during the production of this album, as the artist had been planning to cover a past hit song.
