The hard rock giant's fusion of commercialism and artistry
A masterpiece that represents the Scorpions' mature period.
There's an excellent balance between catchy numbers like "Rhythm Of Love" and solid heavy rock tunes. The harmony created by the two guitars of Rudolf Schenker and Matthias Jabs is the band's true essence. Klaus Meine's distinctive vocals are still alive and well, and the album is a highly polished stadium rock album. This is a successful example of music made with the global market in mind.
