This was a huge hit, ranking in the Oricon Top 10 for the first time.
The third album released in 1997. It contains 13 songs in total, including the three hit singles "Culture", "Get Up Lucy" and "Birdmen".
The fourth track, "Get Up Lucy," is a new version recorded for the album. The tempo is a little faster, making it closer to the live version. The ninth track, "Culture," is also a new version recorded for the album with a different arrangement from the single.
