The sound created by McLean's sweet vocals and Sly & Robbie's innovative rhythm work is a creative attempt to expand the conventional concept of reggae. As the title "Love Restart" suggests, the songs on the theme of love beautifully blend the spiritual side of reggae with modern sound production.
