日本では不動の人気を獲得した、バンド初のトップテンヒットを記録したアルバム。
1981年にリリースされた3rd.アルバム。シングルリリースされた『Goodbye Elenor』（B面にはTurn Backを収録)は初の日本でのヒット曲。作品最後を飾るナンバー『If It's the Last Night』もシングルリカットされている。
日本ではヒットしたものの、Billboard 200では最高位41位。商業的には失敗し、世界で約90万枚の売上に止まり、レーベルからはクビ宣告。当時の流れに反し、MTVでのMVを作製しなかったのが原因だとか。『Turn Back』は後にカバーVer.がワールド・プロレスリング（テレ朝／新日本プロレス中継)のエンディング曲として、リリース。
