本作には『Tell the Truth』が2つVer.違いで収録。『Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs／いとしのレイラ』に収録されているものとは全くの別物。ひとつは1970年にシングルリリースされたテンポが速いVer.、もうひとつ『Tell the Truth -Jam』は未発表Ver.で『Layla／いとしのレイラ』のセッションからのゆっくりと長いInst.セッションVer.
