12nd.アルバムで邦題は『ロジャー（間借人）』。『Boys Keep Swinging』、『DJ』、『Yassassin』、『Look Back in Anger／怒りを込めてふり返れ』などのシングルリリースされた楽曲を含む全10曲を収録。 オリジナルは1979年リリースで本作は1982年にリリースされたリイシュー盤。
『Low』、『Heroes／英雄夢語り』に続いてBrian Eno(Key.他)が参加しているため、”ベルリン三部作最終章”と呼ばれている本作。前2作共に作品の後半はInst.曲が中心だったが、本作はPopな歌ものが収録されている。
