Two tracks from the fourth album "South American Travel" by legendary Kansai singer-songwriter Kyozo Nishioka, released in 1979 and recorded in LA after traveling to Mexico, Miami, the Bahamas, and New Orleans, are now available on 7-inch for the first time!
This album includes "GYPSY SONG," one of his signature songs that has enthusiastically gained support among fans and has numerous cover versions, as well as "NEVER LAND," which features the impressive sound of steel pans and has a so-called Japanese reggae nuance!
The performance will be centered around members of the Sohbat Revue, including Junji Yamagishi (guitar) and Nagao Ishida (guitar), and will also feature steel pan player Robert Greenwich, known for his work with Van Dyke Parks and Taj Mahal. (FLATT THE LAIDBACK)
