Recorded in April 1971. This is a must-have when talking about Mozart's "Requiem."
This is the second recording between the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and Karl Bohm since 1956. Karl Bohm's Requiem from this period is performed at a fairly slow tempo, but the Mozart piece, which he is good at, is performed with care and understanding.
