This was released in 1977 as a promotional single from the second album "TIME".
SIDE A "Yamate Hotel" is a mellow sophisticated soul/reggae masterpiece that starts with beautiful synth work. Matsumoto Takashi wrote the lyrics and Saito Nobu participated in the percussion. SIDE B "Bad Junkie Blues" is a Japanese funk with a New Orleans funk flavor arrangement that has been praised by Haruomi Hosono and others!
