This is the band's second album, which has been met with mixed reviews. It is a challenging work in which the flag bearer of 2 Tone Ska ventures into jazz, lounge and electronic sounds.
"More Specials" is the second album by The Specials, who led the British 2-Tone movement. They experimented with a variety of styles, including new wave, lounge music, and digital dub, completely changing the ska/reggae style of their debut. As a result, fans of the previous album were confused, but tracks such as "Do Nothing" and "Man at C&A", which combine social satire and humor, strongly reflect the chaotic atmosphere of the Thatcher era. It is an underrated masterpiece that also influenced later club culture.
