This is the third original album, produced by the band with former Rat/Rough Cut guitarist Jake E. Lee as the new guitarist in an effort to overcome the tragic death of Randy Rhoads.
The cover, which shows Ozzy transformed into a werewolf, is shocking, but the appeal of this album lies in the struggles of the "Emperor" Ozzy, inspired by Lee's energetic playing, and the dramatic sound created by the band members.
