THINK TWICE, producer of the Montreal, Canada unit SPECIFICS, is well known around the world among Nujabes, Hyde Out and jazzy hip-hop fans for his participation in the Nujabes Presents compilation "Modal Soul Classics by Nujabes" (2008) and the tribute album "Modal Soul Classics II -Dedicated to...Nujabes-" (2010) released after Nujabes's death. Following his solo debut album "With A Loop And Some Swing" in 2007, his second solo album "Rock To This Beat" released in 2008 has finally been released on vinyl for the first time. While the album is filled with superb mellow beats, the emphasis on the material has shifted from jazz to soul, and there are more songs that use R&B-like vocals rather than rap.
