Lofi-surf producer Shimon Hoshino has released a 7-inch single titled "Nagisa," featuring one of South London's most notable artists, edbl.
The artwork and design was done by UNCUTS, a graffiti artist for the label "Chilly Source."
Shimon Hoshino's beautiful piano melody and slow-tempo lo-fi beat are complemented by edbl's soulful and mellow guitar, creating a groove reminiscent of gentle waves lapping and retreating like the shore. The laid-back sound is comfortable, enveloping the listener like an endless ocean. "Pages in the Breeze" was inspired by Shonan T-SITE, a commercial complex in the Shonan area, Shimon Hoshino's home ground, which supports people's lives and proposes new lifestyles. The soothing sound evokes the feeling of a warm breeze turning the pages of a book and the gentle flow of everyday time.
