THINK TWICE, producer of the Montreal, Canada unit SPECIFICS, whose name is widely known around the world among Nujabes, Hyde Out, and jazzy hip-hop fans for his participation in the Nujabes Presents compilation "modal soul classics by Nujabes" (2008) and the tribute album "modal soul classics II -dedicated to...Nujabes-" (2010), has released his solo debut album "With a Loop and Some Swing" in 2007, which is now available on vinyl for the first time. The tracks, dominated by smooth, mellow sampling and dignified beauty, have evolved even further from the SPECIFICS works, and tracks such as "Stars" and "Time's Passin Me By", which are skillfully sprinkled with jazz samples, offer a perfect fusion of jazz and hip-hop. GOLDEN BOY, a fellow member of SPECIFICS, also participates.
