The third studio album by ELP, perfect for beginners to progressive rock.
It includes the hit song "From the Beginning." It was released just before their first performance in Japan and attracted a lot of attention. It is said to be the most complete album by the band and is a great introduction to ELP progressive music.
This work, entitled "Trilogy," includes the title track, and the first three songs feel like a "trilogy," creating a unified composition throughout both sides. The photo artwork of a forest on the inside of the jacket by Hipgnosis is also excellent.
