This work was released in 1978 as a limited edition as "CTI-ORIGINAL 1500 SERIES". The original release was in 1970.
This is a live album recorded at the Montreux Jazz Festival held in Switzerland in 1970. It features the reliable trio session members Eddie Gomez (bass) and Marty Morrell (drums). They play classic numbers such as "Very Early" and "Peri's Scope", as well as Burt Bacharach's "Alfie".
