A celebratory groove from the pioneer of Afro-rock
Osibisa has established an innovative sound that combines African rhythms with rock.
Their music, primarily comprised of members from Ghana, achieves a perfect harmony between traditional African percussion and electronic instruments. The title track of "Woyaya" is known as their signature song, singing a message of hope and unity over a powerful rhythm. It is a monumental work that expanded the possibilities of world music.
