This is his 7th album, released after being released on RCA and Strata-East, and now on his own label, Nodlew.

A classic crossover jazz album released in 1989, featuring sessions held in the '80s as well as some rare recordings, including the earliest recordings featuring Steve Grossman!

This is an acoustic jazz album that shows Weldon Irvine's pride as a pianist, sometimes aggressively playing and sometimes showing off a graceful touch, starting with his own label Nodlew, and then building up his career with RCA and Strata-East. It includes sessions from the 1980s such as "Music Is The Key" (M1), a famous song from the RCA era's masterpiece "Sinbad" with Don Blackman's vocals, updated to a mellow soul number with a new female vocal, and "Have You Met Miss Jones?" (M6), a crossover jazz number featuring Tom Browne, who is famous for his collaboration with Sonny Fortune, on trumpet. It also includes very rare recordings such as "Mr. PC" (M5), an early recording from 1968, featuring Steve Grossman (T.Sax) and Lenny White (Drums), who were also active in Miles Davis' band! Latest remastering in 2023.
