Side A, "Who No Worn Come," is roots reggae by the Wailing Souls, and Linval Thompson's production shines. Soulful harmonies resonate powerfully over solid drums and thick bass. Side B features Al Campbell's "Unfaithful Children," featuring impressive warm vocals. Both tracks realistically convey the Jamaican studio sound of the time, and are consistent with the authentic roots style characteristic of the Greenleaves label.
