This double-disc best album could be said to have been released to commemorate the "return of Sammy Hagar."
Their second best album, released in 2004, is a two-disc set of 36 songs, including three new songs recorded with a lineup including Sammy Hager: "It's About Time," "Up for Breakfast," and "Learning to See."
I'd like to call this the "All Time Best Album," but it does not include any songs from when Gary Cherone (Vo.) was in the band. Live recordings are included on "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love," "Panama," and "Jump."
