Blind Melon's Alternative Rock Innovation
An original rock sound incorporating psychedelic elements by an unusual band that emerged in the 90s grunge scene.
Shannon Hoon's distinctive vocal style and the unique musicality created by the band as a whole are impressive. Their signature track, "No Rain," in particular, develops a pop and psychedelic sound that sets them apart from grunge.
