The 18th album recorded in LA and subtitled "Los Angeles Blues".

This is Momoe Yamaguchi's second overseas recording, and features songs by a stellar lineup of composers, including her first song written by Shogo Hamada, making it possible to tangibly feel her growth as she sings in the winds of Los Angeles.

The album includes two songs written by her, and she is known under the name "Yokosuka Megumi." The lineup of guest artists includes a diverse range of people, including Aki Yoko, Uzaki Ryudo, Kisugi Etsuko and Takao, Yoshino Fujimaru, Shinozuka Mayumi, Hatano Jun, Umegaki Tatsushi, Yamakawa Keisuke, and Kotani Natsu. The cover of this album, which is rare for an idol album of the time, does not feature her, and was created by LA-based graphic designer Tajima Teruhisa.
