This is certainly a "great" album by these three.
Released in 1978. A superb live album by the trio of Hank Jones (Pf.), Ron Carter (Ba.) and Tony Williams (Ds.).
As the title suggests, this album was recorded at the prestigious Village Vanguard in New York on February 19th and 20th, 1977. From the very first track, "Moose The Mooch," you'll be overwhelmed by a sense of speed you've never experienced before.
