This is the second album from the American R&B singer who was a big hit in Japan.
The second album released in 1995. The Japanese title is "When Love Changes" and it contains 11 songs in total, including the singles "Your Love Is All I Know" and "Change of Heart," which were both hits in Japan.
This was her first album in about three years since her first album, "Wendy Moten," and although it did not make it onto the album charts in the U.S. or the U.K., it was a big hit in Japan. Because of this, she has developed ties with Japanese artists.
