The third album by disco rock band Spinnigge Power is back! The personnel consist of Shuichi Teranishi (Vo.), Tetsuya Nomura (LG, Cho), Shion Morishita (Aco G, Cho), Susumu Nakaji (SG, Cho), Shingo Haruyama (B), and Mamoru Kimura (Drums).

The original product number was K28A-16, and it was released by the BILLBOX label, a sub-label of Seven Seas Records, which was King Records' Western music label.

Spinidge Power was a disco rock band that released seven singles and three albums between 1978 and 1981, riding the disco music boom of the time. They debuted in September 1978 with the single "POPEYE THE SAILORMAN." The band's name is thought to have been inspired by the "power of spinach" (spinidge power) that Popeye eats to power up. The band's members varied from album to album and period to period, and their musical style was diverse, but they produced musicians who would go on to leave a significant mark on the music world, including Tetsuro Oda (vocals), Shuichi Teranishi (vocals), Mamoru Kimura (drums), and Shingo Haruyama (bass). The album features the lead single A-2 "Hot Summer Rain" (lyrics by Natsuki Daimon, music by Nomura Tetsuya), A-1 "Movie Theater" (lyrics by Natsuki Daimon, music by Nagato Daiko), A-5 "Style" (lyrics by Aran Tomoko, music by Oda Tetsuro), and B-2 "TELEPHONE" (lyrics by Natsuki Daimon, music by Nagato Daiko/Nomura Tetsuya), all of which are a further development of early disco rock, and could be said to mark the dawn of Japanese rock, which would eventually dominate the 1980s.
