An attempt to break new ground in R&B ballads
Joe takes on the challenge of creating a unique song that deals with the theme of stuttering.
The 12-inch single "Stutter (Remixes)" is a collection of remixes of hits that represent his career. While retaining the delicate melodies of the originals, various producers have given them club-ready arrangements. It's an interesting album in which Joe's smooth falsetto voice shows different expressions in each remix.
