This is the second in a series of individual CD releases from the limited edition box set "YMO 1979 TRANS ATLANTIC TOUR LIVE ANTHOLOGY," which captures the full scope of YMO's 1979 overseas tour. Both the CD and LP will be released simultaneously.
This DVD contains all 14 tracks from YMO's first full-scale overseas tour, the "Transatlantic Tour," performed at Le Palace in Paris, France on October 18, 1979.
Under the supervision of Haruomi Hosono, world-renowned engineer GOH HOTODA mixed and mastered the multi-track master, and Shinya Matsushita of Piccolo Audio Works cut the disc. YMO: Haruomi Hosono (bass), Ryuichi Sakamoto (keyboard), Yukihiro Takahashi (drums, vocals). Support members: Kazumi Watanabe (guitar), Akiko Yano (keyboard, back-up vocals), Hideki Matsutake (prog).
