Authentic Americana
A Las Vegas band's ode to their hometown.
This was their second album, following the success of their debut. It was heavily influenced by Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, and musically expressed the light and shadow of the city of Las Vegas. While retaining synth-pop elements, the sound production was more rock-influenced, making it an important work in the alternative rock scene of the 2000s.
