The vocalist left the band during production, and the new vocalist was the only one to appear on this album, so it was a very turbulent album.
This is their fifth album, released in 1984. Almost all of the songs were released as singles, including "Stranger In Town" and "Change Of Heart." Although it won a gold disc, it did not surpass their previous album, "TOTO IV/Holy Sword."
During the production of this album, lead vocalist Bobby Kimball left the band. Fergie Frederiksen joined as lead vocalist (only for this album). Mike Porcaro joined as an official member from this album.
