1976年にリリースされたLiveアルバム。『Maggie's Farm』、『You're A Big Girl Now』など、1976年4月から始まった第2期となる”Rolling Thunder Revue Tour”の5月16日公演から4曲、5月23日公演からは5曲の全9曲を収録。
このLiveの模様は全米と日本（日本では一部曲目を変更）でTV放映された。アルバムタイトルの由来となった『A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall／はげしい雨が降る』、『Blowin' In The Wind／風に吹かれて』といった代表曲はTV放映されたものの本作にはなぜか未収録。
