This is the fifth album by Isao Tomita, a pioneer of Japanese synthesizer music.

Released in 1978. The second of the "Space Trilogy," this work has a space theme.

The "Tomita Sound" sounds like it's floating in space. It's fresh even now, and you'll want to listen to it again and again. In the liner notes, Tomita himself explains that all of the performances of "Hora Staccato" were done using a microcomputer. "Solaris no Umi" is a must-listen.

A:
1) - Space Fantasy
2) - Pacific 231
3) - Unanswered Question
4) - Star Wars Theme
B:
1) - Aranjuez
2) - Solvejg's Song
3) - Hora Staccato
4) - The Sea Named "Solaris"
