The awakening of a Southern rock giant
The Allman Brothers Band shows a path of evolution and rebirth.
The album "Enlightened Rogues" was their 1979 album, which was reissued in 1987. It was released after the death of Duane Allman, when the band was searching for a new direction. It is an ambitious album that maintains the tradition of twin guitars while incorporating more pop elements, showing new possibilities for Southern rock.
